O'DONNELL, (née McGinn) Dr Margaret (Sutton and formerly of Annyalla, Monaghan) - Peacefully on August 26, 2023, after a brief illness fought with courage and resilience. Margaret was surrounded by her loving family and in the compassionate care of the staff of the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin. She will be dearly missed by her husband Michael, her children Deirdre, Róisín, Muireann and Manus, granddaughter Lila, sisters Marie and Deirdre, brother Séamus, and all those who had the privilege and honour of knowing her. Reposing at Staffords Funeral Home, Strand Road, Portmarnock, today (Wednesday) afternoon from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on tomorrow (Thursday) morning to St. Fintan’s Church, Sutton, arriving for funeral Mass at 10am, followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only, please. O'DONNELL - Margaret (née McGinn) died August 26, 2023. Margaret is so loved and missed by her husband Michael and children Deirdre, Róisín, Muireann and Manus, sisters Marie and Deirdre, brother Seamus, extended family and wide circle of friends. We wish to sincerely thank everyone for their kindness and support over the past year. Margaret’s first anniversary Mass will be offered on Sunday, August 25 at 12.30pm, in St Fintan’s Church, Sutton.
Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes. Because for those who love with heart and soul, there is no such thing as separation.
