HARVEY - Mary- It is almost a year since Mary departed this life on October 19, 2021. As we mark this anniversary, we remember our much loved and very special mother, grandma, mother-in-law, aunt, sister-in-law, and friend. We would like to thank most sincerely everyone who sympathised with us during this time. We extend our heartfelt thanks to her neighbours, friends and extended family for their support during this sad and difficult time. Sincere thanks for all the telephone calls, mass cards, letters of condolences, flowers and special tributes, which meant so much to all of us. As a family we have taken great solace from your messages and shared stories. We greatly appreciate those who could not attend Mary’s funeral but watched it online, and to all who gathered at St Joseph’s Church, Glasthule and who stood to welcome Mary into the church. We would particularly like to thank Fr. Brendan Carr for celebrating a very special funeral mass and for the enormous empathy and care he gave to each one of us during the days after Mum’s passing. We are so Grateful for Sr. Bernadette and all of the dedicated staff at Our Lady’s Manor, for the exceptional care and love that Mary received during her time there. Mary enriched the lives of many with her warmth and kindness. She is greatly missed, but our memories of her will be cherished forever.
Gerry, Margaret, Angie, Liam, Helena and Mick.
