KEANE, Dr. Petrina (née Fitzgibbon) (Rathgar, Dublin and formerly of Askeaton, Co. Limerick) - January 6, 2025. Peacefully in the presence of her loving family. Dearly beloved wife of the late Dr. Ignatius Keane. Petrina will be deeply missed by her children Sarah, Barbara, John and Michael, her grandchildren Alannah, John, Liam, Sam, Siri, Dylan, Anna and James, daughter-in-law Olivia and son-in-law Niall, Sarah’s partner Gerry and Michael’s partner Kate, her sister Dolores, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends. Predeceased by her sisters Carmel, Felicity, Pauline and Olive, and brothers Noel, Basil and Aidan. Rest in peace. Reposing at her home on tomorrow evening (Thursday) January 9, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning (January 10) to the Church of the Three Patrons, Rathgar for Funeral Mass at 10am, followed by private cremation. Enquiries to Fanagans Funeral Home.
