PRENDERGAST, (née Barron), Birdie (Mary B), (Graiguenamanagh, Co. Kilkenny), September 29, 2017, (peacefully) in St. Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny after a short illness, beloved wife of the late Ted. Deeply regretted by her loving family, her daughters Madeleine and Helen, son John, sister Rita (Brisbane), sons-in-law Duncan and Michel, daughter-in-law Eibhlin, grandchildren Geoff, Ruth, Kate, Nick, Tom, Leah, Ella and Mel, her extended family and friends. Reposing at home from 2.00pm to 7.00pm tomorrow (Sunday). Removal on Monday, (October 2) to Duiske Abbey, Graiguenamanagh, Co. Kilkenny for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Funeral thereafter to Calvary Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired to Carlow/Kilkenny Home Care Team.
