KEOGH, (née Plunkett), (Williamstown, Waterford and formerly of De Burgh Road, Dublin), December 29, 2016. Deborah Frances, beloved wife of the late Tommy. Sadly missed by her children Reggie, Olive, Derek and Mervyn, their families Anne, George, Pamela and Michael, grandchildren Adam, Greg, Richard, Noel, Sarah, Jennifer and Isabelle, great-grandchildren Melanie and Hannah, extended family especially Caroline and Stephanie, relatives and friends. Funeral service in Christchurch Cathedral Waterford on Thursday at 11 o'c followed by committal in St. John's Churchyard, Clondalkin, Dublin at 3 o'clock
