DELAHUNT - Patrick (Pat), late of Greystones, Co. Wicklow and Kalamunda, Perth, Western Australia. Born March 16, 1941, died February 23, 2025 in Australia. Beloved son of the late Joseph and Pauline Delahunt. Will be sadly missed by his loving wife Christina, his children Tara and Lincoln, grandchildren Rockford, Sterling, Jessica and Jarrod, his brother Paul, sisters Gail, Anna and Katie, extended family and friends. Funeral will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 in Fremantle, Perth, Australia.
