FOGARTY (née Cooney) Kay (Kathleen) (Blackrock. Co. Dublin) - June 25, 2015. Peacefully, after a short illness at the Blackrock Clinic. Beloved wife of Denis and loving mother to Barry and Fiona. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Joshua, Jordyn, Daniel and Luke, daughter-in-law, partners, brothers and sisters, relatives, carers, neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace. Removal from her home on Monday morning next to Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, Blackrock arriving at 9.50am for 10am Requiem Mass, and afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium , Harold's Cross, Dublin 6w. Family flowers only please, donations if desired, to the Irish Wheelchair Association. All enquiries to Carnegies Funeral Directors Ph. 2808882.
