Yvonne Mary (née McConnell) (late of White Gables, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin and formerly of Melrose, Bray, Co. Wicklow) November 2, 2025, peacefully, at home, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Tom; cherished Mum of Tom, Geraldine, Colm, Jacinta, William, Fergus, Yvonne, Shane, Deborah and the late Paddy; dearly loved and sadly missed by her thirty nine grandchildren and thirty two great-grandchildren; much loved sister of Marlene Fitzpatrick, Billy McConnell, Patricia Dressel and the late Gerry McConnell and Dolores Mulvin; lovingly remembered by her daughters-in-law Irene, Ann, Angela, Rachel, Gillian and Yu, sons-in-law Pat, Jim, Cillian, Declan, sister-in-law Valerie, brother-in-law Henning, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family wish to thank her wonderful carers for the exceptional care she received in her own home. Reposing at her home tomorrow (Thursday) from 5.00pm-7.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (November 7) at 10.00am in St. Annes Church, Shankill followed by burial in Deans Grange Cemetery. Donations, in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.
