O'CONNOR Paul (Booterstown, Co. Dublin) - November 4, 2015, peacefully, in the kind care of St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Dublin, following a long illness fought with great courage and dignity, much loved husband of Susan, adored father of Robert, Emma, Hannah, Richard, Heather, George, Alex, Ben, Henry and the late Philip; he will be greatly missed by his sister Mary and her partner Leo, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Aoife, mother-in-law Joan Cullen, nieces, nephew, extended family and his wide circle of friends. Requiem Mass on Monday, November 9 at 11.30 o'clock in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Donations, if desired, to Down Syndrome Ireland can be made at the church. House strictly private, please.Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.

Dear Susan and the kids and Mary, I share some of your loss. Paul was a dear friend to me, a great Dad and a fun guy with a great sense of humour. I'm lucky to have known him. He'll live on in my thoughts 'til I too am gone. Brian Swan
