McNAMARA - Terry, (Rathfarnham, Dublin 16) -

On the eve of the first anniversary of Terrys passing, Sheila, Elaine, Mark, Derek and extended family remember him with much love and lots of treasured memories.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with us , for your kindness and support throughout his illness.

A special thank you to all the wonderful staff in the Lung Transplant Unit of the Mater Hospital who looked after Terry with such dedication and compassion for many years.

Please accept this notice as an expression of our sincere thanks.
