BATT, DR. ORLA

BATT, (Boreenmanna Road, Cork) - November 28, 2018, (peacefully), at home, surrounded by her loving family, Dr. Orla (Avonlea Medical Centre), much loved wife of Peter Byrne, adored mom of Clíodhna and Róisín, cherished daughter of Chris and the late Eilish and wonderful sister of Aveen, Garry, Dervla and Neil. Sadly missed by her loving husband's family, parents-in-law Enda and Betty, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, Clíodhna’s partner Gavin, nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends. A life lived helping people in Ireland, Kenya and all over the world. A gathering of friends will take place today (Friday) from 5pm until 7pm at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’ Connor Ltd. A private celebration of life (for family and close friends only) will take place at 11am tomorrow (Saturday) at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork. House private please.
