BARNES, (Blackrath, The Curragh, Co. Kildare and Curragh Lawn Nursing Home), July 8, 2016 (peacefully) in the excellent care of Miriam and the staff at Curragh Lawn Nursing Home. Richard, beloved husband of Angela, father of Richard, Eileen, Anne and Angela. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Kieran, John and Ken, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family, relatives and a large circle of friends. May Richard Rest in Peace. Reposing at Anderson & Leahy's Funeral Home, Newbridge tomorrow (Sunday) from 4 o'clock with Rosary at 8 o'clock. Removal on Monday morning at 9.30 o'clock to arrive at St. Brigid's Church, The Curragh for Mass at 10 o'clock with funeral afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer Society of Kildare. Donations box in the Church.
