BAKER (née Courtney) (Bantry and Dublin) - February 22, 2014, peacefully in the presence of her loving family and in the loving care of the staff of Bantry General Hospital, Marie, (Retired Consultant Anaesthetist). Beloved widow of Sean C. Baker, dearest mother of Letty and Mary, loving grandmother of Sheana, Angus and Sorcha, sister of the late Dr. Thaddeaus Courtney, sister-in-law of Margaret Nelson, sister-in-law of the late Patrick Baker, Very Reverend Thomas Baker, Josephine Gallagher, Nancy O Sullivan and Bridget Naughton. Deeply regretted by her loving family, nephews, nieces, relatives, colleagues and many friends. May she rest in peace. Removal on today (Monday) at 8pm from Coakley's Funeral Home, Chapel Street to St. Finbarr's Church, Bantry. Requiem Mass tomorrow (Tuesday) at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to the Abbey Cemetery, Bantry.
