CROWLEY - Jack (Blackrock, Cork) (December 8, 2019) On Jack’s First Anniversary, his wife Kate and his daughters Alice and Catherine would like to thank most sincerely all those who supported and sympathised with them on their sad loss. We are deeply grateful to our family, friends, neighbours and Jack’s former colleagues for their support, kindness and generosity. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff in the Dialysis and Renal Units in the CUH and, in particular, Professor Liam Plant and Derek Power. We also wish to thank Carmel and all of Jack’s carers from Home Instead Senior Care for their wonderful care and kindness. We greatly appreciate those who travelled long distances to be with us, sent Mass cards and beautiful messages of condolences, visited our home, attended Jack’s removal or funeral Mass. Thank you to Fr. Joe Nagle and the musicians for a lovely Mass. Jack was deeply loved, is missed greatly and will always be remembered. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
