BYRNE, Gemma (née Callanan) (Foxrock, Dublin 18) - July 25, 2020, peacefully with her family, in the care of the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Now reunited with her dearly beloved husband Richard (Dick). Much loved mother of Cassandra, Rick and Tara, devoted Gran of Caoilfhinn, Seán, Caoimhe and Ciarán, Richard and Aidan, Emma, Matthew and Adam, loved and loving mother-in-law of Walter, Stacy and Emmett. Predeceased by her brothers Fr. Richard (Dickie) and John (Jack); she will be sadly missed by her family, relatives and friends. Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray. A private family funeral mass will take place tomorrow (Wednesday) at 11.00am and this may be viewed on www.churchservices.tv/foxrock . Gemma will be laid to rest in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to The Alzheimer Society of Ireland, www.alzheimer.ie . Fondest memories of Dick & Jemma. They purchased their first home from Brennan & McGowan (my husband). They were great supporters of Croquet in C'mines. Jemma presented Irish Champ., prizes while Joe was President of Croquet Ireland.
