POMEROY, (née McMenamin), Celine, (Rathgar, Dublin) - March 8, 2025 (International Women's Day) Peacefully at Royal Hospital Donnybrook, Dublin. Daughter of Mary and Conal, beloved wife of the late James (Seamus) Pomeroy, and loving mother of Michael, Oliver, Victor and the late Jackie, sister of Rosita O’Beirne and pre-deceased McMenamin brothers and sisters of Donegal. She will be sadly missed by her children, sons-in-law Rudy Woodard, and Mike Ibrahim, daughter-in-law Priyanka Suresh and the Panachinkattil family. Cherished by grandchildren Elizabeth, David, Kate and Aadidev, great-grandchildren Aaron and Peter, extended family, Green Park neighbours and friends including the Good Shepherd Church Choir. Reposing tomorrow (Thursday, March 13) from 5p.m. to 7p.m. at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, The Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, D16 VO46. Funeral mass 10am Friday (March 14) at Church of the Good Shepherd, Nutgrove Ave, Churchtown, D14 EP60. Burial in Mount Venus Cemetery, Rockbrook, Rathfarnham, alongside husband Seamus (1923-2010). A celebration of Celine’s life took place yesterday (March 14) at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Churchtown, followed by burial in Mt. Venus Cemetery. Rest in Peace Dear Celine
