STANLEY, John (Sean) (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Woodford, Co. Galway and founder of Shannon Homes) - January 26, 2024, peacefully, after a short illness, at Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown, in his ninety ninth year. Beloved husband of Laurie and the late Ethel and much loved father of Sheila, Colm, John, Jim, Thomas, Emily and Eileen. Pre-deceased by his brothers Liam, Noel, Fr. Pat and Fr. Jim and by his sister Eileen. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Dick, Joe, Fr. Cathal and Sam, sisters Mary, Pearl and Sr. Teresa, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and a wide circle of friends. R.I.P. Removal to the Church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock this (Monday) afternoon arriving for Requiem Mass at 1.00pm followed by burial in Confey Cemetery, Leixlip.
