SWAN - Very Rev. Colum, P.E., Sallins (the Curragh, Killeigh, Lobinstown, Co.Meath) - On Colum's First Anniversary (November 25, 2021) his sister, Sr. Ethna, O.P., his brothers Desmond and Kevin, as well as Mary, Dany, Verity and Anna, wish to thank everyone who sympathised with us. We greatly appreciate the many Mass cards and messages received directly and online. Particular thanks are offered to Bishop Denis Nulty who presided and spoke so movingly at Colum's funeral, to Fr. Liam Morgan PP, Naas who supported Colum in many ways, and to his friends Brenda and Mary in Cork. Thanks also to the medical and nursing staff of the Bon Secours Care Village there, to the many parishioners of Naas/Sallins and to Colum's many former army comrades whose expressions of condolence we deeply value.
