FAGAN, Barbara (née Bardon) (Killiney, Co Dublin) - March 8, 2025, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family, in the kind care of the staff on St. Monica's Ward, St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin. Barbara will be greatly missed by her husband Kieran, daughters Fiona and Sally, her sister Carol, and her beloved grandchildren Anahita, Afshin, Alana and Keela. Predeceased by her brother Jonathan. Funeral Service on Saturday (March 15) at 11.00am in Rathmichael Parish Church of Ireland, Ferndale Road, Shankill, D18 AT22, followed by private cremation. No flowers please.

I first met Barbara in 1965. She was very important to me and now having died I hope my celebration of her in my novels will allow people to know this deeply kind person
