HILL - Margaret. (Ashford, Co. Wicklow). On the occasion of Margarets first anniversary, (August 26), Dorothy, Mervyn, Frankie, Amanda, Trevor and their families remember her with love and affection. We would like to thank all who sympathised with us on her death. The number who attended the funeral home, the funeral and sent beautiful messages of condolences left us in no doubt how many peoples lives Margaret had touched. Your memories of, and affection for, Margaret both moved us and brought comfort. We wish to extend a special thank you to Professor Janice Walsh and her team in St. Vincents Private who looked after Margaret with such kindness and understanding over the many years of her illness. We are grateful too to all in Wicklow Hospice who made Margarets last days peaceful and welcomed Mo and Mindy, two of her cats, every day to be with her. Thank you to Rev Jack Kinkead for his compassion and care to us over the difficult days and for conducting a beautiful funeral service. Tony Brennan, the funeral director, deserves our thanks for his discreet handling of the funeral arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We especially wish to thank all of you who showed Margaret such friendship and kindness through your practical help in the difficult times of her illness. It is not possible to thank all of you individually and we hope you will accept this acknowledgement as a heartfelt expression of our gratitude.
May we lose no one we love
from the shelter of our hearts
(John ODonoghue)
