CULLINANE, (née Burke) Kathleen ( Phyllis), (Blackrock, Co Dublin and formerly of Kinnagrelly, Co Sligo ), July 7, 2016, (peacefully) in the wonderful care of Rose and the team at Glengara Park, Nursing Home, Dun Laoghaire. Predeceased by her daughter Hilda. Beloved wife of Michael and much loved mother of Fiona. Sadly missed by her brother Terence, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, friends and neighbours. Rest in Peace. Reposing tomorrow (Sunday) evening at her home from 5pm to 7pm, with removal on Monday morning to St. John the Baptist Church, Blackrock arriving at 10.50 for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.

As we lovingly remember Phyllis on the First Anniversary of her death Michael and Fiona would like to thank most sincerely all who sympathised with us throughout the last year. Special thanks to the staff of Glengara Park Nursing Home, Dun Laoghaire and the Blackrock Hospice Home Care team for their excellent care. Our heartfelt thanks to all who attended the repose and funeral Mass. Sincere thanks to Fr. John Delany and Fr. Brendan Carr who concelebrated the funeral Mass. Thank you to Carnegies Funeral Directors for their professionalism and support. Special thanks to those who phoned, visited, sent messages of sympathy, Mass cards, letters, floral tributes or thought of us in any way. We are deeply grateful to our extended family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support. As we are unable to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions. We also lovingly remember Hilda, especially at this time.
