DOWNES James (Jimmy) (Stillorgan/Booterstown) - August 26, 2015 (peacefully) at St. Vincent's Private Hospital. Beloved son of the late Kathleen and Comdt. Patrick Downes and brother of Brian, Dermot and David. Pre-deceased by his brothers Patrick, Noel and twin Tommy. Sadly missed by his family, nieces, nephews, dear friends Jacqueline and Claire, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest in Peace. Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Dundrum today (Friday) from 3.30pm to 5.30pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 10.00am in the Church of the Assumption, Booterstown Avenue, followed by burial at Deans Grange Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society (cancer.ie).
