McBRIDE, Jim (James) (Glasnevin, Dublin) (formerly Office of Comptroller and Auditor General and C.E.O. of Eolas and Past President and Past Captain of The Island Golf Club) June 8, 2022, in his 91st year, Beloved husband of the late Bernadette and loving father of Susan, Claire, Ciarán and the late Paul. Jim will be sadly missed by his loving family, sisters Peggy, Betty, Carmel and the late Maura and Kathleen, brother Christy, daughters-in-law Mairead and Tracy, Sons-in-law Pat and Nico, grandchildren Ciara, Dara, Orla, Ross, Karen, Nicolaas, Aoibh and Conor, great grandchildren Fiadh and Cuán, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, 82 Ballygall Road West, D11 W7VX today (Friday) between 6.00PM and 8.00pm. Removal tomorrow (Saturday) to St. Bridgid’s Church, Rolestown arriving for 11.00 o’c Requiem Mass followed by funeral to the nearby Rolestown Cemetery.
