O'FLAHERTY, (née Carroll), Oonagh (Swords and formerly of Dun Laoghaire) - April 19th, 2019, peacefully at the Mater Private Hospital. Sadly missed by her loving husband Gerry, son Colin, daughters Lisa and Niamh, daughter-in-law Tia, son-in-law Bryan, grandchildren Maia, Joe, Lexie, Clodagh, Jack and Orlagh, sister Fiona, brother Des, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at her home tomorrow (Sunday) from 6 o'clock to 8 o'clock. Removal on (Monday) morning to St. Colmcille's Church, Swords arriving for 10 o'clock Mass followed by funeral to Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to the Capuchin Day Centre. Crematorium private.

Dublin) - On the eve of her First Anniversary, her husband Gerry, children Colin, Lisa and Niamh, grandchildren Maia, Joe, Lexie, Clodagh, Jack and Orlagh, sister Fiona, brother Des and extended family wish to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to those who supported Oonagh in her illness and who sympathised with us at the time of her death.Thanks to those who visited our home, attended her funeral, or sent Mass cards,letters, messages and charitable donations. To the nurses in Day Oncology and St. Elizabeth's Ward of the Mater Private thank you for your wonderful care and attention to Oonagh during her illness and death. To the porters, cleaners and catering staff thank you. Dr. Stan Natin thank you for your ongoing support and care of Oonagh during her illness. Thanks to Rock's Funeral Home and Fr. Michael Carey St. Colmcille's Church, Swords for his pastoral care and funeral mass. It is not possible for us to thank everybody individually, please accept this this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere appreciation.
