SHEEDY, Gerald (Donnybrook, Dublin) - August 9, 2015, in the exceptional care of the team at the Blackrock Hospice and St. Vincent's Private Hospital, after a long illness bravely borne, beloved husband of Helene (Coffey), and former husband of Mary (McHugh), loving father of Suzanne, Conor and David, and stepfather to Eoin and Tim; deeply regretted by his brothers John and Peter, sister Terry, daughters-in-law Anna and Paola, son-in-law Steve, his darling grandchildren David, Daniel, Sam, Joshua and Tadhg, relatives and friends. Requiescat in pace. Reposing at his home today (Tuesday) from 4.00 o'c until 8.00 o'c this evening. Removal tomorrow (Wednesday) morning to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook to arrive for Funeral Mass at 10.00 o'c and then to the Crematorium at Mount Jerome, Harold's Cross. No flowers please. Donations, in lieu, to the Blackrock Hospice.
