GLASHEEN (née Leahy) Ellen, (The Sycamores, Dunmore Road, Waterford City, and formerly of Ballingarry, Co. Tipperary) - March 14, 2016, (peacefully), at Killure Bridge Nursing Home, pre-deceased by her loving husband Tommy, loving and much loved mother of T.P., Billy, Marion (O'Nuallain) and Pat; will be sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, her six beloved grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Reposing at Killure Bridge Nursing Home tomorrow (Thursday) from 7 o'c until 8.30 o'c with Prayers at 8 o'clock Removal from the Nursing Home to St. Mary's Church, Ballygunner, Waterford, on Friday for Requiem Mass on arrival at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. Family flowers only please. House private.
GLASHEEN, Ellen (Lily) (The Sycamores, Dunmore Road, Waterford) First Anniversary of her death March 14, 2016 - On dear Lily's First Anniversary, her sons TP, Billy and Pat, her daughter Marion and extended family would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all our relatives, colleagues, neighbours and dear friends who sympathised with us, and who attended her removal and funeral Mass. We would like to sincerely thank all those who sent Mass and sympathy cards, consoling letters and offered us support in so many ways. A special thank you to the wonderful staff in Killure Bridge Nursing Home who cared for Mam so magnificently. Please accept this acknowledgement of our gratitude for all your kindness and support. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.
