MURTAGH - The death has occurred of Martha Murtagh (née Healy), Dunheeda, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan and formerly of Garrafrauns, Co. Galway, peacefully and surrounded by her family at Cavan General Hospital, June 20, 2026. Predeceased by her brother Noel and her sister Anne.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband Brendan, her sons Alan and Fergal, her daughters-in-law Kathryn and Monique, her cherished grandchildren Eoin, Onna, Isabelle, Ben, Cameron, Marco and Bella, her sisters Maureen, Joan and Helene, her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace. Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning, June 23, at 10am in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
