FOTTRELL, Dr. Eamonn (Edward) (London and formerly of Youghal Co. Cork, former Consultant St. Thomas's Hospital, London) - August 11, 2017, (peacefully), at St. George's Hospital, London, surrounded by his family; Eamonn will be greatly missed by his wife Maureen, sons Matthew and Edward, daughters Sinead and Katie, his brother Pat and sister Muriel, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

FOTTRELL, Dr. Eamonn (Youghal and London) - On the First Anniversary of Eamonn's death, his wife Maureen, family and extended family sincerely thank all those who attended his funeral and cremation in London. Those who visited his home, sent Mass cards, messages of sympathy and condolences.
