CUSACK, Anna (née McMahon), Ennis Road, Newmarket-on-Fergus, Co. Clare - February 20, 2015 peacefully at the University Hospital, Limerick. Wife of the late Jimmy. Deeply regretted by her loving daughters Mary and Geraldine, sons Paul, John, Cyril, Seamus, P.J. and Mike, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchild, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends R.I.P. Reposing at Carrigoran House, Newmarket-on-Fergus, tomorrow, Sunday from 5pm with removal at 8pm to Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Newmarket-on-Fergus. Funeral Mass Monday, February 23 at 11am. Burial afterwards in Lemenagh Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations if desired to the Carrigoran Day and Education Centre.
