STOKES, Colin, (Greystones, Co Wicklow and formerly Walkinstown Co Dublin) 19th August 2024 - late of the Department of the Ombudsman. Cherished soul mate and deeply loved husband of Joyce (née Sadlier), loving father of Maria, and stepdad and special pal of Ben. Pre-deceased by his sister Eilis. Colin will be always be in the hearts of his brothers Mick and Aidan and his sisters Maura and Jackie. Colin will be sadly missed by his brothers in law Fran, Karl and Des, his sister in law Paula and her husband Bill and his nieces and nephews and their husbands, partners and families, also his wide circle of friends. Colin will be reposing at McCrea's Funeral Home, Marine Terrace, Greystones (A63PK81) this Thursday evening from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal Friday to McCrea's Cremation Chapel, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) arriving for 12.00 noon. Cremation Service to celebrate Colin's life, for all those who wish to attend. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Greystones Cancer Support. House strictly private.
