EGAN Peter (late of Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly Tullamore, Co. Offaly) - As we remember Peter on the occasion of what would have been his Sixty fifth Birthday and eight months after his death, Lia and Rachel and his family would like to thank everyone who was there for them at that very sad time. Those who showed us such sympathy, affection and support before, during and since Peter's passing, we will never forgot your kindness. We were so touched by all who took time out of their busy lives and attended his Requiem Mass and funeral, who called to us, sent Mass cards, brought flowers, dinners and letters of sympathy. Special thanks to the Medical teams in Beacon Oncology and surgical staff in St. Vincent's Private Hospital who looked after Peter in those six years he was living with cancer and to the Palliative team at Blackrock Hospice who helped him so much in his final weeks. We appreciate all those in Carnegies Funeral Home who helped us through his funeral arrangements so professionally, Fr. Gerry Doyle from Foxrock Parish who called to Peter before he died and made his Mass so special and also thanks to the Keynote singers who sang so beautifully. All the support and kindness over the last year that we were shown from you our friends, our extended family, Rachel's LinkedIn family and the Greystones community was so hugely appreciated and will never be forgotten. Eight months on we are still broken hearted and will miss Peter's loving and gentle spirit forever, but without all of your presence in our life's and your kindness to us, our mourning would have been much more difficult. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
