KIERNAN (née Charbonneau) Azilda, July 9, 2013, (Blackbourne Square, Rathfarnham Gate, Rathfarnham and formerly of The Eden, Grange Road, Rathfarnham) (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family. Pre-deceased by her husband Patrick Joseph and her son Sean. Will be deeply missed by her children Zelda, Ruth, James, Michael, David, Caroline, Peter, Richard, Ian, Mark and Lara, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, her nineteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral Mass this (Friday) morning at 10.00 o'c in the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham followed by private cremation in Mount Jerome. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Tallaght Hospital.Forever in our Hearts
