WIDGER - Tom (Waterford) (Second Anniversary - April 7) - Lovingly remembered and deeply missed today and every day by his wife Margaret, his children Johnny, Andrew and April, grandchildren, extended family and friends.

WIDGER - Tom, (Island Lane, Ballinakill, Waterford) - April 7, 2023.

As we lovingly remember Tom on his First Anniversary, his wife Margaret, his children Johnny, Andrew and April, his cherished grandchildren, together with his sister Dorothy and brother Carl, would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our families, friends, neighbours, Waterpark Rugby Club and Waterford Castle Golf Club, and to all those who called to our home, attended Tom’s funeral, sent Mass cards, floral tributes, letters and messages of condolences. Your support and messages of sympathy gave us great comfort.

We extend our deep appreciation to Dr Gus Macnamara and the Keogh Practice who cared for Tom. We also thank Tom’s carers, the Public Health Nurses and Professor Catherine Brown, UHW, for their care and kindness to Tom.

A special thank you to Fr Liam Power who celebrated Tom’s Funeral Mass, and to Robert Thompson Funeral Directors for their help and professionalism throughout all the arrangements.

“To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die”.
