ROWDEN, Cecil

ROWDEN - (Sutton) October 31, 2025, Cecil George, aged 95 years, peacefully, at Brabazon House Nursing Home, Sandymount, Dublin 4, in the care of Usha and her staff and the Blackrock Hospice Community Care Team. Beloved husband of the late Florrie (née Rose), loving father of Alan and father-in-law of Gillian Wharton. He will be sadly missed by his son and daughter-in-law, his sisters Sylvia Lawson and Dorothy McMurtry and their families, his relatives and friends. Funeral Service in St Marys Church, Deerpark, Howth (D13 V259), on Tuesday November, 4th, at 11.30 am, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium. (Interment of ashes at a later date in St Fintans Cemetery, Sutton). Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
