GRATTAN-BELLEW, Sir Henry Charles (Stillorgan Co. Dublin, formerly of Mountbellew, Co. Galway and late of the Shankill Bowling Club) - June 3, 2022. Peacefully, with his family in the wonderful care of the staff at Knockrobin Care Home, Wicklow. Dearly loving father to Deirdre (Dee Dee) and Patrick, his cherished grandchildren Douglas and Claire, great-granddaughter Grace, daughter-law Liezel , nieces Valerie, Maureen and Dawn, nephews Charlie and Henry, extended family, neighbours and a very wide circle of friends all around the world. Sir Henry will be reposing at Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown (A94XK28) this evening (Friday) from 5pm to 7pm. A Humanist Service to celebrate Sir Henry’s life will take place tomorrow (Saturday) at 10am in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, D6w. (D6W HY98) For those that cannot attend, the service can be viewed online using the following link: https://www.mountjerome.ie/victorian-chapel-service/. Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired to the Irish Injured Jockey Fund (https://www.irishinjuredjockeys.com/donate/ It is Sir Henry’s wish for those attending the celebration of his life to wear colourful clothes. Rest in peace
