FITZPATRICK, Patrick (Pat) (Cloone Co. Leitrim and late of Roundwood Co. Wicklow) - August 23, 2016, (peacefully), in Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross; sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter Callista, sons Robert and Gerard, their mother Kate, son-in-law Eamonn, daughter-in-law Carol, Gerard's partner Sinead, grandchildren Cathal, Cillian and Caoimhe, relatives and friends. Reposing at Our Lady's Hospice Mortuary Chapel tomorrow (Thursday) evening from 6pm to 8 pm. A celebration of Pat's life will take place at 2pm on Friday afternoon in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome followed by cremation. Family flowers only please, Donations, if desired, to Our Lady's Hospice, Harold's Cross.
