A great loss

It is with great sadness that we heard about the untimely passing of Ross.

He was a gentleman, an excellent doctor, a considerate and forward thinking medical practitioner. He will be very much missed by those who had the good fortune to know him.

He was one of the first people we met when we moved to Ireland in 2005 and we really appreciated his cheerful manner, his expertise and caring nature. He was an excellent ambassador for the best in medicine and for Ireland.

We will miss him.

Sincere condolences in your loss – he died far too young.

Fondly Remembered

We were so saddened to hear of Ross's untimely death. We were fortunate to get to know him in recent years through mutual friends at social and sporting events - he was wonderful company with so much to give. Our thoughts and sympathies are very much with Mairead, Ray, Stephen, his mum, his sister Sandra and all his close family and friends.

Viv Menzies & Brian Coleman

Such a kind neighbour

My heartfelt sympathy to Mairead, Raymond and Stephen and the extended family at this difficult time; my thoughts have been with you all since I heard the sad news of Ross's passing last Wednesday.

Ross was a wonderful neighbour; always ready to lend a helping hand. I will never forget his kindness when he came to my rescue on Christmas Eve, the winter of the 'big snow'. The leaking windows dealt with he insisted that I join him and his family for dinner next day. It was a memorable occasion. Such generosity is unique in these times. May he rest in peace.

Anne McMahon
