SLATTERY, Thomas S.C. Monkstown - At this time of Tom's First Anniversary (October 11, 2015), we, his wife Mirette, and son Morgan, would like to pass on our sincere appreciation for the support shown by our extended family, friends, cycling buddies, Tom's colleagues, and all of you that were so kind to travel from far and wide to be at our side. The letters, flowers and Mass cards we received gave us great strength at the time. In particular, we would like to thank Bishop Jim Moriarty for officiating the Mass, Brona Folens for her beautiful singing on the day, and all those who took part in the Mass itself. Although we have not yet been able to thank you all in person, we do hope that you will accept this as an acknowledgement, in part, of the appreciation we have for the incredible support you have shown. Mass will be offered for your intentions.
