PIGOTT, The death has occurred of Doreen (née Armstrong), (Rodstown, Cortown, Kells, Meath) - May 21, 2025. Pre-deceased by her husband Clem and twin brother John. Peacefully at CareChoice Nursing Home Trim surrounded by her loving family and caring staff. Doreen will be very sadly missed by her loving sons Brian and Niall, daughter-in-law Emer, grandchildren Shauna and David, her loving sister Daisy, brothers Don and David, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Peace Perfect Peace. Reposing at St. Joseph's Chapel of Rest, Old Johnstown, Navan (C15 C425) today (Friday) from 3pm to 6pm. Funeral Service tomorrow morning (Saturday) in St Mary’s Church of Ireland, Navan, Church Hill Rd at 11:30am. Burial afterwards in St James Graveyard, Athboy. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Christian Aid https://give.christianaid.ie/donate Fondly remembered principal of Flowerfield National School Navan, and St Mary’s Church of Ireland Organist.
