My deepest condolences to the family. There are no enough words to describe how well Dr Keane had looked after me when I joined National institute of rehabilitation medicine as it was called then, as Ireland was the first country I’ve been outside my country. Iraq. I enjoyed his teaching and admired the depth of his knowledge. He was a great scientist and inventor however he was so humble and down to earth. He had great sense of humour that made the ward rounds one of great time of learning as well very enjoyable. God bless his soul. Rest in peace my great teacher.
