HOURIHANE Tim (Ardeevin, Lucan, Co. Dublin and retired An Garda Siochána) January 20, 2016, peacefully surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at Marymount Care Centre, Westmanstown, Lucan. Beloved husband of Bridie and dear father of Eamon, Damien, Tim, Sinead and Fionnuala. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. R.I.P. Removal from his residence to St. Mary's Church, Lucan this (Friday) evening arriving at 6.00 o'clock. Funeral tomorrow (Saturday) morning after 10.00 o'clock Mass to Esker Cemetery, Lucan. Family flowers only please.

I have only now learnt of the death of Tim and offer my sincere condolences to his family. I knew Tim when he was assigned to RTÉ Radio in Henry Street, way back in the early 70s. RIP Tim.
