TIERNEY Luke ("Lukie"), (London and Harold's Cross), died November 29, 2016. Lukie's wife Therese, his sons Shane, Maitiu and Callum and his siblings Anne, Johnny and Mark, together with his wider family, wish to thank all those who showed such care, support and kindness at the time of his sad loss. Particular thanks to all those who attended the wake in Lukie's family home and his funeral Mass and to all those who sent Mass cards and messages of comfort or made a donation in Lukie's memory to the Merchant's Quay Project. We are indebted to Rev. Anthony O'Leary C.P. who celebrated the beautiful funeral Mass and offered such warm consolation and guidance to the family. We are also grateful to Rev. Donal Sweeney O.P. who concelebrated the Mass. Deepest thanks to Gloria DLGC for the angelic and uplifting music at the Mass. The family would also like to express appreciation to Patrick O'Donovan & Son Funeral Directors for their extreme sensitivity and empathy at such a difficult time for all. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for the intentions of all.
