THORNLEY Edward (Sandymount, Dublin 4) September 27, 2017 - (peacefully) at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Elm Park, following a short illness. Beloved husband of the late Doris. He will be very sadly missed by his loving stepsons, stepdaughters, grandchildren, nephew, niece, extended family and friends. Resting at his home today (Thursday) from 3.00pm to 7.00pm. Humanist Service at the Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Cemetery, tomorrow (Friday) at 2.00pm, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. No flowers or Mass cards please.
