FORMAN (Clontarf and formerly Howth, Co. Dublin) - May 12, 2012, (suddenly), Robert, beloved father of Ruth and Eva; very sadly missed by Mary and Elizabeth, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Rest in peace. Removal today (Wednesday) from Jennings Funeral Home, Oscar Traynor Road, Coolock to The Church of the Assumption Howth, arriving for 10 o'clock funeral Mass. Cremation immediately after in Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
