BURKE - Patrick T. – As we lovingly remember Pat on his First Anniversary (September 19, 2021), his wife Joan, daughters Lisa and Sandra and son John, sons-in-law Tim and Dom, daughter-in-law Najette, all his grandchildren, his sister Mary and brother Michael, the Burke and Molloy families wish to express our deep gratitude to all those who sympathised and supported us on our very sad loss.

Thank you so much for all the beautiful cards, Mass cards, letters, shared memories, flowers, treats, texts, phone calls, and online condolences, each and all were a great comfort and sustained us during a very difficult time.

To all our dear friends, those who lined the roadside as wonderful Guards of Honour in Claremont, those who came and waited outside the church and everyone who joined the funeral mass online, we were deeply touched and felt your presence and love for Pat and us all. Our heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful doctors and nurses in Sli Abhaile and St.Teresa’s ward in the Mater hospital who cared for Pat with such kindness and compassion. A special thanks to our dear friend Fr. Martin Daly, for making the funeral Mass so special. We are very grateful to Foxrock Church and Quinns’s of Glasthule for all their help.

Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt thanks and deepest appreciation and Mass will be offered for your intentions.

Pat’s First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, September 19, at 11.30am in Foxrock Church.
