BYRNE, Richard (Dick), (Foxrock and formerly of Puck’s Castle, Dublin 18) – May 2, 2018, (peacefully), in the care of the wonderful staff at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Dublin, following a brief illness, dearly beloved husband of Gemma, much loved father of Cassandra, Rick and Tara, treasured granddad of Caoilfhinn, Seán, Caoimhe and Ciarán, Richard and Aidan, Emma, Matthew and Adam, loved and loving father-in-law of Walter, Stacy and Emmett and brother of Sheila, Joy, Michael, Anne and the late Irene, Terry, Desmond and Claire; he will be fondly remembered by his family, relatives and many friends. Reposing at his home tomorrow (Friday) evening from 5.00pm to 8.00pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday, May 5, at 10.00am in the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Enable Ireland. May he rest in peace.
