PRENDERGAST, - The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) Prendergast Whitelands East, Melitta Lodge Stables, Kildare Town, Kildare. Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Ashley Lodge Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family. Loving husband of the late Maura. Sadly missed by his adoring children Lorraine, Orla, Patrick and Niamh, grandchildren Harry, Alexandra (Pali), Patrick (Coonan), Clara, Bobbie, Katie, Aoibhe, Patrick (Prendergast), Mark, Grace and Sarah Louise, sons-in-law Michael, Robbie and Kevin, daughter-in-law Grainne, brother Kevin, sisters Eileen and Beryl, brother-in-law John, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. May Paddy rest in peace. Reposing at McWeys Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town from 5pm on today (Thursday) with Rosary at 8pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Friday morning to arrive at St. Brigid's Parish Church, Kildare Town for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in St. Peter's Cemetery, Two Mile House. Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired to " Kildare Day Care Center". Mass will be live streamed on mcnmedia.tv.
