McLOUGHLIN, Michael (Mossie) (Dublin 8); February 12, 2022, passed away peacefully in St. James’s Hospital after a long struggle with cancer and was cared for lovingly at home during his illness as was his wish. Will be deeply missed by his loving wife/constant companion Catherine. Karl McGrath was of great solace to him during his illness. Catherine would like to thank her own immediate family for all the love and support during this time and appreciated the thoughtfulness of her neighbours during a difficult period. Deepest sympathy to his own family and to the few contemporary stalwarts who are still chugging along. Reposing at home tomorrow (Wednesday) from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday (February 17) at 10.00am in Church of the Holy Spirit, Kimmage Manor, thereafter to Mount Jerome Crematorium. No flowers please, thank you.
