CODY Dr. Edward (Tullaniskey, Mullingar) November 28, 2011 (peacefully) at home after a long and happy life only son of the late Matthew and Mary Cody, Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny. Dearly loved husband of Ellen, much loved father of Matthew, Mary and Jane, beloved grandfather of Roisin, Edward, Neil, Trini, Stephen and Louise and proud great-grandfather of Sophie and Chloe. Sadly missed by Diana, Walter and Peter, his brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and goddaughter, his cousins from Inistioge, his Consultant colleagues and family friends. Reposing at Gilsenans Funeral Home, this (Wednesday) evening from 4.30pm followed by removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King, arriving at 6.30pm. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 10.00 o'clock funeral immediately afterwards to Cappagh Cemetery, Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny, arriving at 2.00pm approx. House private please. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to North Westmeath Hospice Home Care, C/o Gilsenans Funeral Home.May his gentle soul rest in peace.
