O'CONNOR, T. Val, K.S.S. (Shanakiel and O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge, Cork) - On August 7th, 2019, peacefully, in the presence of his family and in the wonderful care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, beloved husband of Annette (nee Collins), loving father of Laura, Finbarr, Sally-Ann and Lisa and brother of Mai (Rohan) and the late Ursula (Hennessy). Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, grandchildren Ian, Alison, Shane and Jenna, sister, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law Barry, Brian and Paul, daughter-in-law Lynda, brother-in-law John, relatives, the staff at North Gate Bridge and a large circle of friends. Reposing at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge. Family will be in attendance on tomorrow (Saturday) from 1.30pm. Removal on tomorrow (Saturday) at 3pm to The Cathedral of St. Mary & St. Anne (North Cathedral). Requiem Mass on Monday at 1pm. Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr’s Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Marymount. House Strictly Private. Requiescat in pace. www.oconnorfuneralcork.ie
